Bedrock Global Insurance Services, Inc. ("Bedrock," "we," "us") is a retail insurance agency located at 12439 Chandler Blvd, Valley Village, CA 91607, California License #6014822. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through this website.
Information we collect
When you use our intake, upload, chat, or contact features, we collect the information you provide: business name, contact name, email address, phone number, facility details, insurance and loss history information, and any documents you upload. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and this site is intended for business use.
How we use it
We use your information only for insurance review, marketing your account to insurance carriers and wholesale intermediaries, placement, and servicing of your insurance program. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
To obtain quotes and service your coverage, we share relevant information with insurance carriers, wholesale brokers, premium finance companies, and other parties necessary to the underwriting and placement process. Form submissions on this site are processed by Formspree, Inc., which delivers them to our email. Payments made through the Make a Payment page are processed by SecurFee on its own secure site under its own privacy practices.
How we protect it
We limit access to your information to personnel who need it to service your account, and we retain it as required for insurance regulatory, legal, and business purposes.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request deletion of it (subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements), and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics tools to understand site usage, they will collect standard usage data such as pages visited and device type.
